Judy performs stories from all genres for many ages and occasions. Her favorite ones to tell are from Native American legends, multicultural folktales from around the world, and holiday stories – especially for Halloween. Whenever possible, Judy involves the audience in her stories, allowing them to become part of the story.

Judy has shared stories nationally, internationally and on cruise ships.

Judy joined the NSN (National Storytelling Network), MAST (Mid-Atlantic Storytellers), and formed the York Tellers. As part of her class at York College, she also formed the York College Storytelling Troupe, which performs throughout the community. She created and directed the first Storytelling Festival, held at the York Community Theatre and plans to continue this event every year.

Storytelling is an art form, and as such must be practiced. Besides performing, Judy teaches this art form at schools, libraries, colleges, summer camps, and conferences.
Besides teaching the basics of storytelling, Judy has extended her knowledge to include working with senior citizens and caregivers in Finding Your Hidden Stories, for oral history and therapeutic uses.
